I can't believe how long it took before I actually finished this picture! >< Picture drawn with pencil, then inked by hand with a pen and colored with colored pencils. The background is one of my personal screenshots from the game taken early in the morning before the scenic Bastok Markets area was flooded with players.

I started it months ago when I was still a newb of Final Fantasy XI online. Dreaming of the day when our static party would obtain our sought after advanced jobs. We each had a different reason for looking forward to these new jobs and I thought about capturing the longing in the form of the fanart you see before you. Granted that since I did take a long break in art but not playing that day came and passed already. So instead of being the hopefull image of future promises, this pic commemorates the acquiring of our advanced jobs!
